1. Where we deliver
- We deliver physical products within South Africa only.
- International shipping is not available.
2. How delivery works
- FitlyIQ prepares and dispatches your order
- Delivery is handled by third-party couriers
- Courier partners may change when needed
- Once your order leaves us, the courier controls delivery timing and tracking.
3. Order processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders received before 12:00 are usually processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders received after 12:00, at weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day
- Processing includes verification, packing, and courier handover.
4. Delivery timeframes
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Main centres: 1–3 business days
- Regional or outlying areas: 2–5 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details (if available).
Please note:
- Tracking updates come from the courier
- FitlyIQ cannot control courier delays after dispatch
6. Delivery address responsibility
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
FitlyIQ is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to access issues or unavailable recipients
- Extra charges caused by re-delivery or returns
- Redelivery costs may apply if delivery fails for customer-related reasons.
7. Inspect Your Order on Delivery
Check your order as soon as it arrives for:
- Make sure the contents match what you ordered
- Confirm the items are correct and the packaging is sealed
- Do not use the product if it appears damaged or tampered with
- Report any issues to info@fitlyiq.com with your order number and clear photos
8. Risk after delivery
Once your order is delivered to the address you provided, responsibility transfers to you.
FitlyIQ is not responsible for:
- Loss or theft after delivery
- Damage after delivery
- Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or access issues
9. Your privacy
We only use your details to deliver your order.
- Shared only with courier partners
- Never sold or misused
- Handled in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy
